Hello,

I dietitan me registered. If) you have polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS, you should ask your doctor, a dietitian at your clinic or read. The dietitian can give you the best possible nutrition, special view of their situation.

It's hard for me (or can someone say), what is the best diet for you - you really need to be a dietitian, personalized recommendations to see. In the IG system, suggests evidence shows that choosing foods low glycemic index for a range of health issues an advantage. I recommend this book, which I listed below as a starting point.

The glycemic index is a way of ranking carbohdrates in foods according to their effect on blood sugar levels. In other words, RAIHis blood sugar quickly (with a subseqeuent accident ") or slowly (like a fire" slow "). The value of the glycemic index as a tool for meal planning is controversial.

Supplements are not a panacea for everything. I suggest your wife for a charge of day. No need for more nutrients indvidual. The best way of all the vitamins and minerals you need is to eat 5-10 servings of fruits and vegetables per day.

Good luck.
